Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Midi, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your first purchase, we’ll refund the full amount—no need to send anything back.

Eligibility

  • Applies  to first-time purchases only
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Limited to one refund  per product, per customer

Please note: We do not accept physical returns or offer product exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, Midi cannot accept returns or exchanges as our products are considered perishable goods. If you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase, please reach out to us at store@joinmidi.com

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate any issues and make it right. 

Refunds 

To request a refund, please email us at store@joinmidi.com. Include your name, order number, product number, and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
