I am going to stick with the Berberine as I have only been taking it for one month. I have not seen any change in my weight. I am actually still gaining weight, but I do notice that it stoops any cravings I have. I don't want to loose a lot of weight, ten pounds at the most, so I will give the Berberine another month or two to see what happens.

Has helped with energy levels, so feeling much better. But does give some constipation so now I have to offset it with a magnesium pill

I've been taking Berberine+ for 6 weeks and I'm really impressed with how i feel!! Within 4 weeks I've noticed better hunger control, which has made it easier for me to stay on track with my nutrition. I've notice positive changes with my wight, an added bonus, of course everyone's experience is different, but I'm really happy with my results so far!

This supplement has been an amazing addition to my daily routine. My Midi provider recommended Berberine but did not emphasize need to purchase directly from Midi. I started with the Thorne company Berberine product. Didn’t really feel any affects. I bought the Fiber supplement from MIDI and figured why not buy their Berberine. I’m so happy I did. Felt difference right away.
I’ve had a few monthly prescriptions over the years be dispersed to me by generic companies. An acne topical med and anti depressant. The company matters because the additives in the product (besides the main ingredient) matters. The cheaper isn’t always better and a reputable company is always better. This product is the better one on the market. So worth it

I've only been on Berberine for two weeks, but my appetite has been curbed. It works for me.

I'll stay with the Midi brand. I was taking a store brand Berberine supplement before trying Midi's brand & have little to noheartburn now. My boredomhunger has decreased & I'm more alert through the entire day.

I was hesitant to try this but so happy I did. I’m not one to weigh in but my clothes fit a lot better. I find that it eliminates cravings and gives me energy. Give it a try, I’m sure you will be happy too.

I am currently am microdosing a glp-1 for perimenopause. Lost around 15 which was my goal and it stopped working for weight. My doctor recommended this supplement to take also and it helped me lose an additional 3-4 lbs. really like it but very pricey! Not sure I can keep it up…

I'm on my 5th month. The first month I had to stop dairy due to the gas. That's gone away. I can take my supplements with milk if I'd like now. From what I've researched, the berberine activates metabolism. I'd say that's true. My appetite is less but there's something working behind the scenes I'd say. I'm 45 years old and only walk for exercise currently. Five miles a day and I'm staying at 110 pounds. I lost 35 pounds with a GLP1 a year ago and will continue to take this supplement. It's a natural metabolism booster.

I can tell it definitely reduces morning hunger and cravings. Not sure that it lasts througout an entire day, but it definitely helps until mid afternoon!

I am amazed at the affect of this supplement! It definitely curbs appetite, although I haven’t lost any weight. I don’t feel ill and haven’t had any intestinal or stomach issues.
I was regularly testing my blood pressure before taking it and was often high, taking this changed that immediately. I am now generally 117/80 when I was ~135/98. It has been 1 month, but I will keep taking it.

I'm not seeing a change in my weight but I'm feeling better. I notice my blood sugars are lower because I don't crave anything. I stay satisfied longer and in seeing small changes in my gut even though it's my first bottle.
