How to consume

I had been taking the same creatine as my boyfriend for about a year but wasn’t noticing any effects. I decided to switch to Midi’s Creatine+ and I noticed a boost in my energy levels by the next day. My workouts feel more like they used to, especially resistance training. The fennel seeds included in the gummies are probably a bonus for digestive health as well. Eating them reminds me of the after-dinner fennel seeds provided in good Indian restaurants!

It tastes a lot better than other brands I've tried. I noticed my cognitive function is so much more "awake" since I've started taking Creatine+. I've also noticed an inprovement in mucscle tone, and I feel more functional and able to get through the rest of my day without dragging.

Not the easiest way to take creatine

Not the easiest way to take creatine. I thought the gummies would be best but they taste bad, are large, and at only 1 gram each it takes 5 to equal a regular dose! Swapped another brands unflavored powder for these after 3 days and I am so much happier!

This tastes wonderful!!! I don’tknow yet if it’s working. Possibly as I wasn’t able to work out for almost one month and then did a pretty intense Pilates class and wasn’t as sore as I have been. I’m going to stick with it though.

Love these gummies!

I’ve been taking creatine for a couple of months now. Started with capsules and had horrible GI effects. Discovered Midi offered these gummies so figured I’d give them a try (although I was on the fence for a while because of the bad reviews about the taste). I did taper up with these (1 gummy for a week, then 2 for a week, now the recommended 3/day) out of extreme caution, but it might not have been necessary. I’ve had no adverse reaction to these. I personally think folks are being a little melodramatic about the taste. It’s honestly not that bad. They are a little chalky and fruity. Not delicious but also not gross. And the convenience of gummies is great.

These creatine gummies are great. Ive tried the powders before and just get a powdery substance snd aluminum taste at the bottom. These are easy to take and I feel good abpit supporting body.

I’ve tried many brands of creatine-I lift weights and have for many years-MIDI’s creatine is the only brand that hasn’t caused excessive fluid retention and BONUS-it taste really good! I sometimes wish I could have a few more lol!

My scale has finally moved!

As a woman focused on strength training and healthspan, creatine is an important part of my dietary regimen. I love the Midi health creatine gummies. They are yummy gummies and so easy to take each day even when I travell.

Love that each gummy is 1 gram so I can titrate up more slowly. Unlike the fiber gummies, which taste great, I don't love the taste of these but then again, I haven't found any great tasting creatine.

I have a love/hate relationship with Creatine…

I have a love/hate relationship with Creatine. Mostly all in my head I am sure but I that’s always felt that it makes me“puffy”. I tried Midi Creatine+ and followed the recommendation to start with 1 gummy and work up over time. I am currently doing 2 gummies and have noticed minimal of any “puffiness”. What I have noticed is a steady energy. In the gym, my lifting has been heavier with less fatigue and soreness (aka better recovery). All the research points to Creatine being beneficial especially in mid-life. I will continue using Mido Creatine+.
