I had been taking the same creatine as my boyfriend for about a year but wasn’t noticing any effects. I decided to switch to Midi’s Creatine+ and I noticed a boost in my energy levels by the next day. My workouts feel more like they used to, especially resistance training. The fennel seeds included in the gummies are probably a bonus for digestive health as well. Eating them reminds me of the after-dinner fennel seeds provided in good Indian restaurants!

I followed recommendation to begin with 1 gummy for 5 days, then 2 for 5 days and now taking 3 gummies per day with no bloating and slight increase in felt sense of energy.Planning consistent use and will continue tracking energy

I feel really great when taking it

It tastes a lot better than other brands I've tried. I noticed my cognitive function is so much more "awake" since I've started taking Creatine+. I've also noticed an inprovement in mucscle tone, and I feel more functional and able to get through the rest of my day without dragging.
