10 out of 10!! I’ve been regular, bowel movement every day. Sometimes I can go 2 or more time a day since I’m been using these vitamins. I start in August. It took about 3-5 days for me to really see the benefits & results. I subscribed immediately once I knew they worked. Make sure you drink plenty of water for best results.
I have no problem with these. They are easy to take, the taste is just fine and they deliver much needed fiber.

These are pretty tasty.
I haven’t had a chance to try the product yet since it took to long to get. Probably want to look into a different carrier since FedEx is absolutely horrible. I have already refused to order from one company because they use FedEx. I hope my monthly subscription arrives in time next month. If the damaged packaging and delay delivery occurs again next month, I will be forced to cancel further purchases.
I never write reviews; however, I truly notice a significant difference and did day 1! My cravings were curbed in a major way, but most importantly, I’m getting the fibersupplement I needed and I feel so much butter in terms of bloating and GI health.
I have had so many digestive issues for many years and tried every fiber on the market. Starting tirzepatide made me super nervous because of this. After a few weeks of consistently taking this fiber supplement, I finally feel normal again!

These little gummies are heavy hitters! I take one in the afternoon when I usually am fighting the munchies, and it quells my desire to eat the house down right away. It's also a great travel companion, as it's hard to get all the fiber when your'e on vacation. I brought mine on my recent trip and it was so helpful to keep things moving! I have to be honest--I didn't love the taste at first. It's not bad... It's just a little different that your usual sugary gummy. But now I love them!
