I haven’t had a chance to try the product yet since it took to long to get. Probably want to look into a different carrier since FedEx is absolutely horrible. I have already refused to order from one company because they use FedEx. I hope my monthly subscription arrives in time next month. If the damaged packaging and delay delivery occurs again next month, I will be forced to cancel further purchases.

I never write reviews; however, I truly notice a significant difference and did day 1! My cravings were curbed in a major way, but most importantly, I’m getting the fibersupplement I needed and I feel so much butter in terms of bloating and GI health.

These little gummies are heavy hitters! I take one in the afternoon when I usually am fighting the munchies, and it quells my desire to eat the house down right away. It's also a great travel companion, as it's hard to get all the fiber when your'e on vacation. I brought mine on my recent trip and it was so helpful to keep things moving! I have to be honest--I didn't love the taste at first. It's not bad... It's just a little different that your usual sugary gummy. But now I love them!
